What's your shipping policy?
We always ship insured and charge the actual shipping costs. On international orders we ship when the money are cleared.

Can I return a guitar if not 100% satisfied?
Yes. If you're not 100% satisfied with your vintage guitar or bass bought from us you can return it within 10 days and get a full refund (excl. shipping costs). This is a warranty we offer on all our guitars and basses.

How do I pay?
Cash Option: You can always pay cash in our shop.

Credit card: In our shop we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

International orders: International orders require payment via bank wire transfer. We'll send an invoice with payment information. When the money are cleared we'll ship, and send track and trace information.
